HighTops Premium Cannabis reserves the right to refuse service if identification cannot be verified, if a customer is visibly intoxicated, if a customer appears to be purchasing on behalf of a minor or unauthorized person, or if fulfilling the order would violate applicable law or store policy.

8. Purchase Limits

Cannabis purchases are subject to Colorado state purchase limits and any applicable medical or recreational limits.

For recreational customers 21 and older, Colorado allows the purchase of up to 1 ounce of retail marijuana, 8 grams of retail marijuana concentrate, or marijuana products containing up to 800 milligrams of THC in a single transaction. A single transaction may include multiple purchases by the same customer in one business day.

HighTops Premium Cannabis reserves the right to limit or refuse transactions to remain compliant with all applicable purchase limits.

9. Payment

Accepted payment methods may vary by location and are subject to change. Due to cannabis banking restrictions and third-party payment limitations, payment options may differ from traditional retail businesses.

Any payment, debit, ATM, or cashless transaction services may be provided by third-party vendors and may be subject to additional fees, terms, or limitations.

10. Pricing, Taxes & Fees

All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices shown online may not include all applicable taxes, fees, or discounts unless specifically stated.

Final pricing is determined at the time of purchase and may vary from online estimates.

11. Promotions, Discounts & Offers

Promotions, discounts, offers, bundles, and rewards are subject to availability, eligibility, location participation, product restrictions, purchase limits, and applicable cannabis regulations.

Promotions may not be combined unless explicitly stated. Some products, brands, categories, or already-discounted items may be excluded.

HighTops Premium Cannabis reserves the right to modify, limit, cancel, or end any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Promotional messaging is intended for eligible customers only and does not guarantee product availability or final pricing.

12. High Roller Club Loyalty Program

The High Roller Club is the HighTops Premium Cannabis loyalty program. Eligible customers may earn points on qualifying purchases and redeem those points for available rewards, discounts, or promotional offers.

Participation in the High Roller Club is optional and subject to these Terms & Conditions, applicable law, store policies, and loyalty platform requirements.

Beginning June 1, loyalty points earned through the High Roller Club will expire.

  • Points earned before June 1 will expire 180 days from June 1
  • Points earned on or after June 1 will expire 180 days from the date they are earned
  • When points are redeemed, the oldest available points will be used first

Loyalty points have no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash, transferred, sold, combined with another customer’s account, or redeemed outside of eligible HighTops Premium Cannabis transactions.

Earning rates, redemption thresholds, available rewards, promotions, and eligibility requirements may vary and are subject to change at any time.

Customers are responsible for checking their point balance and redeeming eligible rewards before points expire. HighTops Premium Cannabis is not responsible for expired points, missed rewards, account inactivity, incorrect account information, technical issues, or loyalty platform errors.

HighTops Premium Cannabis may adjust, revoke, or remove points, rewards, or loyalty access in the event of suspected fraud, abuse, duplicate accounts, system error, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.

13. Returns, Exchanges & Product Issues

Due to cannabis regulations and product safety requirements, all cannabis sales are generally final once the product leaves the store.

HighTops Premium Cannabis may review product concerns on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable laws, store policy, and manufacturer/vendor requirements.

Returns, exchanges, credits, or replacements are not guaranteed and may be limited to defective products, incorrect items, or other approved situations.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the email. You may opt out of SMS messages by following the instructions provided in the message, such as replying STOP where applicable.
