The High Roller Club is HighTops’ free loyalty program for recreational and medical customers. Members earn points when they shop, plus additional rewards and perks based on their Green, Silver or Gold tier.
No. High Roller Club membership is free.
Fill out the High Roller Club signup form below or scan the QR code in-store. Once you’re enrolled, you can start earning points when you shop.
Your tier is based on your qualifying spend at HighTops during the previous 365 days:
Green: $0–$499
Silver: $500–$1,999
Gold: $2,000+
Because this is a rolling 365-day period, your tier can change as new purchases are added and older purchases fall outside the window.
Your earning rate depends on your High Roller tier:
Green: 1 point per $1 spent
Silver: 1.25 points per $1 spent
Gold: 1.5 points per $1 spent
Yes. High Roller members receive boosted point earning during Happy Hour, every day from 9-11AM:
Green: 1.25x points
Silver: 1.5x points
Gold: 2x points
Silver members receive:

Yes. All High Roller tiers receive 30% off one regular-price item plus one 1¢ pre-roll for their birthday.
The birthday offer is valid on your birthday and the following day and may be used once per year.
Discounts cannot be stacked on the same item unless specifically approved by HighTops. Other offers may have their own exclusions or restrictions.
Your available points and High Roller rewards can be viewed through your High Roller wallet via the app or wallet pass.
Points can be redeemed in 200-point increments:
200 points = $5 off
400 points = $10 off
600 points = $15 off
800 points = $20 off
1,000 points = $25 off
Your High Roller tier determines how quickly you earn points, while the redemption value stays the same across all tiers.

Yes. High Roller points expire on a rolling 180-day basis. Each point remains available for 180 days from the date it was earned.
When you redeem points, your oldest points are used first (FIFO), helping you use points that are closest to expiring before newer points.
For points earned before June 1, 2026, the 180-day expiration period began on June 1, 2026.
Yes. Tier status is calculated using your qualifying spend over the previous 365 days. As older purchases fall outside that rolling window, your qualifying spend and tier may change.
